We are seeking a full time Preconstruction and VDC Support Specialist for our Salt Lake City, UT office. This position provides support to the Preconstruction Team’s efforts in developing process automations and innovations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Communicate with leadership team on current and future process/innovations
- Identify areas of opportunity and bring them to the leadership team
- Work with individuals utilizing the automations to build better workflows
- Develop new scripts/programming to support all business activities
- Stay up to date on Microsoft and Autodesk changes to improve or maintain current processes
- Research new ways of performing task/workflows/etc.
- Document and train current and new workflows with all software
- Build out full process maps from initial inputs to all outputs
Successful candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Self-starter with good leadership skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Good communication skills and follow-through
- Successful background check
- Experience with programming in general
- Background in Microsoft productivity software’s including Flow, Power Automate, VBA, Dataverse, etc.
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety requirements
